Excluding from the operation of Proc. no. 537 dated March 24, 1969, which established the San Jose Public High School site reservation situated in the municipality of san Jose, province of Occidental Mindoro, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and declaring the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act.
